Privacy Policy
Overview
ManaPDF is a local-only Windows application. It processes files you choose on your device. The author does not receive your PDFs, images, or extracted text through ManaPDF itself.
What we do not collect
During normal operation, ManaPDF does not:
- Upload PDFs, images, or extracted text to the author or third parties
- Use in-app analytics, crash telemetry, or advertising SDKs
- Require account registration or online license activation
- Access the network for PDF processing
This includes no OCR, cloud conversion, or automatic update checks inside the app.
Data on your device
Files are read and written only when you explicitly run an operation (input PDFs, output PDFs, reports, extracted images, and so on). Temporary files may be created during processing. You control input and output locations.
Microsoft Store
If you install from Microsoft Store, Microsoft’s privacy policies may apply to Store-related activity. That is separate from ManaPDF application code. See Microsoft’s privacy statement.
